Your mission
- Support with pitches, including research, content preparation, and presentation formatting
- Operation, maintenance, and administration of the CRM system and other relevant tools
- Coordination, preparation, and management of submission materials for legal directories and awards (including Chambers and Partners, JUVE, and The Legal 500) in German and English
- Maintaining and continuously updating the experience database, including creating and revising “Highlights” descriptions and collaborating with lawyers at the local and international levels
- Collaborating with local and international teams from the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications departments on joint initiatives and projects
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in or having completed a degree program, ideally in business administration, economics, law, or a related field; alternatively, initial relevant professional experience
- Interest in markets, competitors, and current developments in the economic and legal environment
- An analytical and structured mindset, as well as a passion for processing information and data to derive relevant insights
- Self-motivation, a meticulous and proactive work style, and willingness to take responsibility for your own tasks and projects
- Very good written and spoken English; good German skills are a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for collaborating with international colleagues
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
